2.3 Payment Data

We collect payment-related information when you make a transaction. We do NOT store your full credit card or payment account credentials. Payment processing is handled by trusted third-party payment processors (bKash, VISA/Mastercard gateways, and bank transfer networks). We only store transaction IDs, amounts, timestamps, and payment status for billing and audit purposes.

2.4 Automatically Collected Information

When you access our Service, we automatically collect certain technical information including IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, access timestamps, and pages visited. 5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your personal information and case data for the following periods:

• Active account data: Retained for the duration of your account being active
• Case documents and legal opinions: Retained for 7 years from case completion (as required by Bangladesh legal record-keeping obligations)
• Payment and billing records: Retained for 7 years per Bangladesh tax and financial regulations
• Inactive accounts: After 3 years of inactivity, personal data is anonymized or deleted

• Service providers: Cloud hosting, email delivery, and analytics providers who assist in operating our platform (bound by strict data processing agreements)
• Legal compliance: When required by law, court order, or government authority in Bangladesh
